The deterioration of civilization on the planet began at the fall of Atlantis, and since that time, man has managed to develop bigger and more efficient ways to annihilate his fellow man. There has been one religious group or another that followed their God’s banner to the detriment of another. Man’s destructive ability has progressed slowly from sticks and stones, clubs, swards, guns, cannons, napalm, and blockbuster bombs, until about 80 years ago when he discovered the means to do it properly. He now has, antiballistic missals armed with, viral and bacterial agents, along with his ultimate crowning achievement of nuclear weapons such as the atom, hydrogen, and neutron bombs.
At the outbreak the final jihad that brought the planet to the brink of total destruction, someone had to do something to end the madness. A covert defense agency headed by Admiral Walter Tracy, USN has tried to convince the US and foreign bureaucrats that the alien spacecrafts, sometimes visible through the smoke and fallout from the death and destruction on the planet, although alien, are our brothers from the Pleiades and that they have arrived in our solar system with intentions of restoring the planet to its original condition and saving mankind from itself.
At 1100 hours, Admiral Walter Tracy, Captain Brette Newbern, and Commander Garry Farragut sat before the holographic camera and presided over another meeting via carefully encrypted satellite links that brought images of the four men and three women to the Admiral’s specially designed Peacekeeping Room. With all communication links and linguistic translators operational, the Admiral began, “Greetings ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for responding so promptly to this call. We have discussed at length in previous meetings the need to set aside all political, religious, ethnic, and racial differences and establish a UPG. (Unified Planetary Government) In light of what has just occurred, I feel it necessary to accelerate the procedures. Does everyone concur?”
When the indicator light in front of each representative shown green, the Admiral continued, “I see that everyone is in accord – let us continue. Since we have all just received the same message from the Alien Fleet, it means they have established their supply bases on Io and Mars and are preparing to implement Phase-One of the actual planetary reclamation.”
The amber light in front of President Andrey Sashenka of Russia blinked indicating that he had a comment or question and the Admiral asked. “Do you wish to say something, President Sashenka?”
“Yes, Admiral Tracy. You have told us of the many marvelous things that these aliens are capable of doing. Now that they are within our solar system, can you tell us what they are going to do?”
“Of course, but first let me reiterate that the aliens do not come to invade or conquer. The alien men and women aboard those space vessels are dedicated to the continuation of all life forms. This is not the first planet in the universe that has needed reclamation, but never one so close to the brink of total destruction as ours.”
An amber light flicked on before Lexine Adamina, Diplomat of Israel who asked, “Then why have they waited so long before starting?”
The Admiral explained, “By universal law, they could not make contact until after the end of the experimental period in 2002. Even now, they have to wait until we are ready to accept their help. They will not force themselves upon any society.”
“Can’t they see,” Lexine said, “that it would have been for our own good to have started sooner?”
“Of course they could see that. If all they wanted was to plunder the planet, they would have come as invaders five hundred years ago when the planet was worth conquering. Instead, all they will do is offer their assistance and wait until we accepted or reject their help.”
Ambassador from Rome, Durand Quentin’s amber light, “And if we do not accept their assistance?”
“They will return home to the Pleiades with sadness at our demise and come back at some point in the future when the lifeless planet has cooled enough to reseed and hope the next batch of creatures develop differently.”
The Admiral continued, “Now to answer Andrey’s question of the reclamation process. My information is that there are seven basic phases; Phase-1, will begin with the removal of all the atmospheric pollutants and repairing the seven protective veils. Once this process commences, we will be able to see the purple fires in the night sky as the pollutants burn.
During Phase-2, they will send machinery deep into the oceans to filter and clean the waters as well as the land. They will replace the seven crystalline rods, removed after the fall of Atlantis, that will reestablish communication with the universal broadcasts.
Phase-3 will begin the arrival of their mediators and diplomats to make first physical contact and open communications with the universal. Then too, will begin the construction of the City of Alpha, a mortally constructed sphere maintained in synchronous orbit over the nuclear waste of the Holy land as a vivid reminder of man’s folly.
During phase-4, the new planetary Prince, Melventia Melchizedek, and his staff of 100 specialized Melchizedek teachers will arrive and reestablish a Universal Planetary Government. They will also begin the monumental task of teaching the holocaust survivors how to live in peace and prosper. Their long range plan will be to educate the people to become citizens of the vast universe by developing interplanetary trade.
Phase-5 will begin with the reseeding and replenishment of all the species lost by man’s stupidity. They will replant the Mana, the biblical tree of life that will eventually sustain all planetary life. All of Adam and Eve’s children removed from the planet after the Garden of Eden default will return and take up where their parents left off.
There will be no doubt when Phase-6 begins. At the completion of Alpha, the Creator Son will return in all his glory.
Phase-7 will begin with AT-EL’s lengthy task of bringing his creation, planet, and its people, to the utopian state of Light and Life.”
When the Admiral finished and asked it there were any questions, nothing happened for several minutes. Then all seven amber lights flashed simultaneously and he said, “Ladies and gentlemen, I realize that I have given you a lot to think about but please allow us to add one more important point. We all know that the religious leaders have more influence over their masses than the average bureaucrat. Therefore, you must gain their support to assist you in getting the bureaucrat’s cooperation in this matter.”
Lexine said, “I have already tried talking to the priests. They tell me that extraterrestrial life does not exist because their teachings say otherwise. How do you propose to change their minds?”
The Admiral said, “Captain Newbern suggested something to me the other day that I feel may help.”
Captain Newbern addressed the group, “You may not be able to convince your priests about extraterrestrials, but remind them that most of the planet’s religious teachings, including yours, concede that there is a soul that goes on to somewhere after physical death. The destination of that somewhere depends on the dictates of the individual’s belief system. I have it on the best of authority to assure you that the soul does indeed continue after the demise of the physical structure. That is – with one exception – and that exception is that any soul trapped within a physical body destroyed by a blast of nuclear energy is lost forever. The very essence of that soul will vaporize and will go nowhere. There is nothing left to go anywhere. That soul ceases to exist – it becomes as it never was. Period, their end is final and there is no more. Do you get the picture?”
The Admiral concluded, “This is a harsh truth, but it could be a means of getting the religious leaders attention and to assist you in convincing those bureaucrats in governmental power why it is so essential to immediately cease and desist in the use of nuclear devices, to put down all their weapons of mass destruction and return to the peace tables. We must convince everyone that peace is more than just the absence of war, it is a combined effort to build a new civilization and that building anew requires more concentrated effort than destructive war. Once that is accomplished, we must convince the belligerent war makers to hold their fire on the fleet vessels and allow our brothers to begin Phase-1. There are 77 science vessels standing by to commence the atmospheric cleansing and once it begins, everyone will realize the truth and allow our brothers to complete their task. Our future existence, be it a peaceful cooperative coexistence or extinction of all life by nuclear winter, remains as always, in your hands.”
