A total of six women were brutally raped and murdered in Manhattan in the last three years. Detective Moriarty, from the Morals Squad was brought in to try and stop the madness, as he was heavily involved in solving the runaway kids’ problem.  That usually was where the kids turned to prostitution to solve their financial woes.

After spending more than four months in the District Attorney’s Office, he saw that all of the murder victims were street people.

District Attorney, Frank Hogan was getting a lot of heat from Mayor Wagner, who had demanded that this madness stop, at all costs. Detective Moriarty got the picture.

It was on East 39 St, just a few blocks from Hells Kitchen that Detective Moriarty

parked his car every night for over a month to see if Ronny Rudolf, a known and convicted pervert who was out on parole.

One particular night, after “Big John” and Paschal were finished picking up a few of the runaway kids and sending them to a safe haven, it was Detective Moriarty who

approached “Big John” and Paschal, thinking perhaps that Ronny Rudolf was not the

man he was looking for. After intense questioning, Detective Moriarty was satisfied that

the two characters, who, to the detective, looked like a couple of perverts out on the

prowl.

“You got to watch it for these buggers,” Big John said to Paschal. “These buggers will nail you if given the slightest chance,” Big John, said, referring to the Law of America.

A week later, Big John and Paschal were demolishing a pizza on 8th Ave at 42 nd St, when before there very eyes, Detective Moriarty got his man, Ronny Rudolf.

“Are you all right?” a genuine Liverpool expression came from Big John to

Detective Moriarty and thanked the Detective for his excellent work in ridding the streets

of Manhattan of a notorious pervert, and murderer.

With regards to Ronny Rudolf, it was his hair that done him in. It seemed that the hair from Ronny Rudolf was found on all of the victims.

A time of celebration from the DA’s Office, Detective Moriarty, and the Mayor went off well at Gracie Mansion, the Mayors residence. Yes, with all the police work and the countless man hours from the DA’s Office, the case of the Mad Serial Killer was now

solved.

At his trial, Ronny Rudolf insisted he was innocent of all of the crimes with which he was charged.

Well, we all know that in America a person is innocent until proven guilty. As far as Paschal Ryan was concerned, in America a person is innocent until he is broke. Just

as it is in England, a person is innocent until proven Irish. That’s a fact.

After a six-month trial which cost the taxpayers a small fortune, Ronny Rudolf was found guilty as charged on all counts. Poor Ronny, it was his hair that done him in.

After taking more than twenty years trying to get their client a new trial, Ronny fired his lawyers and through the ACLU, got a new attorney to represent his appeal.

Sure, most convicted defendants try every trick in the books to delay their day at the gallows.  Nicholas Katz, Ronny Rudolf’s new attorney, went to work on the supposed victims of the now infamous Ronny. New technology, in the form of DNA is now the answer to every Prosecutor in America, or is it.

Nicholas Katz had all of the supposed victims of Ronny Rudolf exhumed for further tests; tests that Detective Moriarty vehemently tried to stop. A court order went in favour of Nicholas Katz and his client, Ronny Rudolf.

After about six months of testing, the BOMB dropped on the Justice System of

America. Of the six victims who were supposedly raped and murdered by Ronny Rudolf,

four of the women were still alive and living the life of any person in America.

Ronny Rudolf was freed and given a new identity. He presently resides somewhere in Switzerland.
